BIBI Sparkling Italian: Aperitivo Soda

BIBI is a light & refreshing Aperitivo Soda made with citrus peel, herbs and other botanical extracts imported from a +80 year old artisan flavour house in Italy.  BIBI has complex and layered flavour notes that are familiar to imbibers of classic “rosso-amaro” bitters but has the benefit of being much lighter by virtue of its reduction of nearly 50% of the sugar content in comparison (plus it’s sweetened with cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup). Enjoyed best alongside tasty nibbles during aperitivo hour, it also works beautifully as a cocktail mixer (with or without alcohol).
